The data, however, failed to show a clear tendency of change when arranged by the legislation year of each law, strongly suggesting a limitation of the synchronic nature of the database. Adopting a new database that enables us to trace the whole effective law from 2001 to 2011, this paper demonstrates that some of the sahen verbs show a clear change over the past 10 years. Moreover, the ratio of number of laws including only the conservative forms to the total number of law with all the variants is decreasing.
