For customers, the advantage of buying used clothing at a used clothing store is the ability to interact with the store staff and thus feel secure about making purchases.\nConsumers who are not passionate about used clothing as fashion or who are not accustomed to buying and selling used clothes may feel uncomfortable visiting used clothing stores because these stores have a unique atmosphere different from that of apparel retailers that sell new items. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on methods for selling used clothing with the aim of promoting reuse. In addition, we went to a used clothing flea market and interviewed customers to investigate the degree to which communication promotes the buying of selling of used clothing.
