The number of the teachers in their 40s decreases, and the support system of “the team school” is necessary to plan various problem solutions to surround the child student in the current school which a teacher number in its twenties increases. This report examined the way of “the education consultation coordinator” for the cause in a practice example in A city B junior High School for 3 years. As a result, the school was to place “an education consultation coordinator” as a facilitator of the development promotion-like instructional activity for all child students newly, and brought a good effect, and the whole school education activity was able to plan class improvement.
