| 値 | 本稿の目的は、今日、児童、生徒指導上、重要な課題のひとつであるネットいじめ問題に着目しながら、かれらの「つながり」を求めるメンタリティが示す複雑な人間関係をめぐる諸課題や背景にある事柄を整理し、今後の情報モラル教育に必要な視点について検討することである。 かれらの「つながり」を求めるメンタリティについて、関連データを概観すると、「つながり」を求める一方で、そのつながりを「リセット」したいという複雑さが確認できた。また、その背景には、自己完結的なコミュニケーションの枠組みで人間関係を構築していることがあると述べている。そして、一見、純粋な関係にみえるかれらの関係性には、脆さが垣間みえるとともに、その関係が破たんした途端、ネット空間において自分自身を制御しがたい脅迫衝動が強まってしまい、例えば、被害者への中傷を抑えきれない状況に陥ってしまうことを指摘した。 最後に、自己完結的なコミュニケーションで成立する児童、生徒間の人間関係においてネット上でのトラブルを防ぐためには、情報モラル教育を通じて情報発信を自己で制御する力を育成することが重要であると論じている。 |

| 値 | This study focuses on the issue of cyber-bullying which is one of the important topics in student instruction. This study arranges the problems and background of complicated human relationships in which people desire a “connection” and examines the viewpoint that is necessary for future education of morals. I was able to confirm the complexity of human relationships in which people wanted to “reset” their connection in a survey conducted about the mentality of wanting a “connection”. In addition, in the background, I may build human relationships in the framework of self-limiting communication. When there was fragility in human relationships and human relationships failed, there was a stronger impulse and it was harder for people to control themselves in cyberspace and, for example, people fell into the situation where they could not control slander to a victim. Finally, I will discuss ways to prevent trouble on the Internet in their human relations to be established by self-limiting communication when it is important to bring up power to control information dispatch for will of the self through education of morals. |
