| 値 | 筆者は、これまで育児ストレスには、母親の親からの非受容的養育態度・子どもの世話経験→母親の回避的愛着→育児拘束感→育児当惑感という要因構造があることを見出した。本研究では、その構造と母親の背景との関連について検討することを目的とした。3 歳以下の乳幼児を持つ母親142 名を対象に、育児環境、育児ストレス、育児サポート、母親の成育経験、親から受けた養育、地域活動参加や育児情報に関する項目から成るアンケートを実施し、因子分析から見出された育児ストレス因子と他の項目因子との関連を探った。その結果、育児ストレスの軽減に対するソーシャルサポートの有効性は、母親の成育経験に左右されることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 値 | The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the social support that mothers receive and background factors which might affect their stress levels. Specific factors to be explored in the current study include: the child-rearing environment, experiences of caring and playing with children, experiences when growing up, participation in social activities about child rearing, and gathering information about child rearing. Questionnaire data was collected from 142 mothers of children under three years old and the data was analyzed to investigate the relationships between the above factors. The results suggest that the effectiveness of social support in reducing a mother’s stress is particularly related to her husband’s cooperation and her experiences when growing up. | |||||||
