| 値 | 本稿は、ジェンダーの視点に立ったキャリア教育が、心理学関係の大学授業の中でどのように実践されているかを把握し、課題は何であるかについて、日本心理学会ジェンダー研究会会員を対象に行った調査結果と、当学会第83 回大会シンポジウムでの議論を基に検討したものである。学生たちは、自分の両親をモデルに、性別役割分業へ肯定的態度をもつ傾向が強かった。また、多くの教員が、学生にジェンダーに関して問題意識を持たせたり、経済的自立の必要性を認識させたり、具体的な将来の自己像を描かせたりすることが必要であると考えていた。そのためには、身近なロールモデルとの接触や、大学で取得した資格を活かした仕事の現状を教えることが課題であると感じていた。そして、経済の低成長が続く現代日本社会において、男女共同参画型の職場や家庭を念頭においたキャリア教育や、人生のパートナーとの関係も含めてのワーク・ライフ・バランスなどについて、考察した。 | |||||||||

| 値 | This article is to understand how career education from a gender perspective is practiced in university classes related to psychology, and what are the issues there, targeting members of the Japanese Society for Gender Studies, the Japanese Psychological Association (JPA). This is a summary of the survey results and discussions at the symposium of the 83rd Annual Convention of the JPA. Students were more likely to have a positive attitude towards the gender role division with their parents as models. Many faculty teachers recognized that it is necessary for their students to get contacts with familiar role models and show the current state of work with university qualifications, which would make students to be aware of gender issues, to recognize the need for financial independence, and to draw concrete future self-images. In modern Japanese society in the age of low economic growth, we considered career education with a gender-equal workplace and family in mind, and work-life balance including relationships with life partners. | |||||||||
